Answer: Condon Jewelers is located in the central time zone so you may contact an associate between the hours of 10AM-7PM, Monday through Saturday and 11AM-6PM, Sundays.
Q2: What does shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping varies depending on the item. We will periodically run FREE SHIPPING promotions.
Q3: If I buy a diamond ring, is an appraisal included for my insurance company?
Answer: Absolutely! Appraisals are included for no extra charge on high value items.
Q4: What if I love a ring, but it isn't in my size. Can you get it in my size?
Answer: You bet! We can size any of the items we have for sale. The first sizing is free and there is a minimal charge should you need it done a second or third time.
Q5: I ordered a custom ring but now I changed my mind, can I return it?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Q6: I want a certain piece that I saw on another jewelry website but I don't see it on yours. Can you get it for me?
