Q: If I have immediate questions, who can I contact and at what times?

Answer: Condon Jewelers is located in the central time zone so you may contact an associate between the hours of 10AM-7PM, Monday through Saturday and 11AM-6PM, Sundays.

 Q: What does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping varies depending on the item. We will periodically run FREE SHIPPING promotions.

Q: If I buy a diamond ring, is an appraisal included for my insurance company?

Answer: Absolutely! Appraisals are included for no extra charge on high value items.

Q: What if I love a ring, but it isn't in my size. Can you get it in my size?

Answer: You bet! The first sizing is always free if the ring is purchased from our store. Most rings bought from other retailers or that have been passed on can be also be sized. 

Q: I ordered a custom ring but now I changed my mind, can I return it?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. Custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: I want a certain piece that I saw on another jewelry website but I don't see it on yours. Can you get it for me?

Answer: We have a variety of vendors whom we work with we can try to  find the exact piece or one very similar. Having a full-time goldsmith in the store we can even custom make a piece for you! Please call us at 608-241-3406 to discuss.
