Diamond Warranty

We have a life-time diamond warranty for customers who bring their diamonds in to get checked every 6-months. Diamonds are precious stones and must be regularly examined to ensure that they maintain high-quality. However, this strictly pertains to normal wear and tear of the jewelry and excludes all incidences that caused traumatic impact to the stone(s).

Leslie Warranty

Our Leslie collection has a lifetime warranty on all of the sterling silver, 10KT gold, and 14KT gold chains. If the chain ever breaks, bring it back to the store. We will send your broken chain into the manufacturer, and get you a brand new replacement chain free of charge.

Citizen : 6-yr warranty on the movement

Accutron : 5-yr warranty on the movement

Bullova : 3-yr warranty on the movement

Wittnauer : 3-yr warranty on the movement
